Home inspections are at a high cost. It's why I specialize in quoting each home inspection individually to give you, the homeowner, a price that is unique to your square footage. Prices are determined based on the following:

• Number of bathrooms
• Attic access
• Basement vs crawl space
• Other services that may be required such as: radon gas or water testing 

Prices include tax, and all major credit cards are accepted at no additional fee.

Based off of market analysis, my prices average out to be higher than some of my competitors. However, I can reassure you that you will receive a very thorough and comprehensive inspection. I have moisture and gas meters, electrical testers, cameras, digital temperature guns and other helpful tools that will result in a complete and satisfactory report.

My reports are fully interactive. They contain hyperlinks that allow you to jump from section to section freely and review your inspection any time you want, day or night. You will also find pictures that you can click to expand and videos that you can also review any time.
